Caveat Emptor!
This is NOT a USA release, but many users on forums claim that it works fine. A few things: 1.) Remember to keep your camera PLUGGED IN, do not update the firmware via battery unless it is FULLY charged. Even then, better to err on the side of plugging it in. Firmware upgrades, whether for cameras or computers can break your equipment PERMANENTLY or at least to the point where you need to send it back. 2.) Follow the directions carefully, I can't stress how many times on the forums I read about someone complaining the firmware doesn't work and didn't read the directions. 3.) When the firmware is done uploading, MAKE SURE YOUR CAMERA WORKS! There are reports of people shutting off their camera right after the firmware has been updated and crashing it. Simple solution is wait til your camera is back online then turn it off. Monday, May 9

Saw this on the photo.net forums and couldn't stop laughing!
I knew a guy who wanted a job in an advertising firm. So he engraves his resume on to a bowling ball and hires an acting student to dress as a Ninja, barge into the office and roll a strike into a glass coffee table. The ninja got away and the guy got the job. |
Who is this guy?
